Order Status and Delivery Shipping Time

Below are the definitions of order status:

[Processing] Item not yet picked up by carrier (it takes around 3 business days for processing). Or maybe the package has been handed over to the carrier, but the carrier has not yet generated a label (could have 1-3 business days delay) , especially for expedited shipping methods like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

For pre-order items, it will remain as “processing” until the items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

[Shipped] MonsGeek has handed over the package to the carrier.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. Delivery times vary by country. Please see more details here.

 

Shipping Notice

MonsGeek will arrange the shipment to be delivered to the address left on the order detail.

An email notification will be sent when the tracking ID has been entered. You can also check the latest shipping status by logging in your account for order details or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

If your region is not listed and you would like to inquiry the delivery, feel free to contact support@monsgeek.com.

MonsGeek is unable to satisfy individual requests from users on the specific carrier to use for a specific order. If you leave a PO.Box address for your order, we may have to cancel your order.

 

Shipping Warehouse

Default Warehouse (CN – China)

All products not marked with a warehouse option are shipped from the Default (CN) Warehouse.

Most products on monsgeek.com are shipped from China. Orders can be delivered to most EU countries (excluding outlying islands and overseas territories).

Processing & Delivery Time (CN Warehouse): 10–25 business days (for most countries)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or high order volumes

Customers will be notified by email in case of significant delays

Important Notes: If your address is identified by the system as a remote area or a military address, or if the product is stocked only in the US Warehouse, you may not be able to place the order.

United States Warehouse (US – Local Stock)

The US Warehouse ships only to U.S. addresses.

Supported Region: United States only (APO/FPO addresses NOT included)

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time: 3–15 business days

Important Notes: US Warehouse orders cannot be shipped internationally.Orders that include items from both the CN Warehouse and the US Warehouse may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers by email once each shipment is dispatched.

 

Special Country & Region Shipping Policies

Indonesia: We kindly request your Indonesia Tax ID (NPWP), NIK, or Driver’s License as required by Customs. Please ensure the document holder’s name matches the recipient name on the shipping information.

Japan: Please provide your name and address in English as required for the order.

Korea: We kindly request your personal customs code or birthday as required by Korean customs clearance. Please include this in your order note.

Mexico: Please provide your full name, address, and phone number. Orders require a tax ID for customs purposes.

Brazil: We kindly request your CPF (personal tax ID), full name, address, and phone number to ensure smooth customs clearance.

USA: Please provide your full name, address, and ZIP code for shipping; no additional ID is required.

Note: This information will be requested at our checkout page when placing the order.

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. Please note that each country may have a different shipping cost.

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping address, and the checkout page will clearly show the final cost. For U.S. addresses, a standard shipping fee of $18.99 will normally be applied during checkout.

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or extra charges.

 

Tax

For EU region, VAT is collected at the time of checkout as required by EU Commission to comply with VAT e-commerce obligations.

MonsGeek provides the IOSS to the carrier to expedite the customs clearance process and report the VAT to the European Commission every month. By doing so, we are providing the information required for customs clearance upfront so there should be no delay for customs clearance.

PS: In rare cases, the logistic carrier may overlook the IOSS and recharge you the VAT. In this case, please contact support@monsgeek.com to get a refund for the VAT, or ask MonsGeek to pay the VAT on your behalf.

Custom import taxes are not included in the payment and are generally not collected in most logistic routes we provide unless you go with the express shipment (like FedEx/TNT/DHL).

Note: Import tax is not included and might be collected by the custom. MonsGeek is not responsible for collecting and paying any incurred tax.

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request in 24 hours.

For expedited orders, we ship within 6 hours, so if you contact us promptly, we can cancel immediately. For orders processed between 6-24 hours, cancellation is still possible, though chances decrease. After 24 hours, while we’ll make every effort to intercept the package, success becomes less likely.

If the package cannot be intercepted, you may return it upon receipt. Please note that MonsGeek will not be responsible for return shipping in this scenario.

 

Additional Notice about Shipping

This situation is uncommon but may occur if your delivery address is classified as a remote location in the systems of DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers.

Please note that international shipments are very complex due to varying delivery addresses and differences between courier systems. Remote addresses may update irregularly, which is why the final shipping fee for such locations may not be determined during checkout.

The expedited and standard shipping costs listed on our global website are based on standard delivery addresses. For remote locations, additional charges may apply. These fees are billed separately from your order after we receive the final cost from the courier and typically range from $10 to $80.

If you selected expedited shipping for an order going to a remote address, you may choose to switch to standard shipping instead. However, please be aware that in some regions—especially for items like keyboards with built-in batteries—the cost of standard shipping may be similar to expedited shipping. If there is a price difference when switching from expedited to standard shipping, we will issue a partial refund.

If you selected standard shipping for an order going to a remote or island address (such as Hawaii or Alaska), it may be possible to upgrade the shipment to a higher-tier standard shipping service or expedited shipping by paying an additional fee (taxes may not be included).

If this option applies to your order, we will notify you after confirming details with the courier and provide full information for your review. We will only proceed with the shipping adjustment once you have reviewed and approved it.
