Order Status
When you place an order, it will first appear as “Processing.” This means your order has been received but has not yet been picked up by the carrier. Below are the details regarding how we process and deliver orders.
Shipping Fees
The exact shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed. For most United States addresses, a standard shipping fee of $18.99 is applied.
Shipping Warehouses
Most products are shipped from our China warehouse. Products that are marked as available from the United States warehouse are shipped from local U.S. stock. If an order contains items from both warehouses, the items may be shipped separately.
Order Processing Time
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1 – 3 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can ship it. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes. Customers will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Timeframes
Transit Time: 8 – 22 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 9 -25 business days.

Tracking Information
MonsGeek will arrange the shipment to be delivered to the address left on the order detail. An email notification will be sent when the tracking ID has been entered. You can also check the latest shipping status by logging in your account for order details or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

MonsGeek is unable to satisfy individual requests from users on the specific carrier to use for a specific order. If you leave a PO.Box address for your order, we may have to cancel your order.
Shipping Carriers
We are unable to ship to military addresses via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other courier services.

Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unsupported addresses may be delayed or canceled. PO Box addresses and certain military addresses may not be eligible for delivery.
