The M1 V5 quick-release custom keyboard features an upgraded PCB with a separate encoder on a dedicated circuit board, enhancing stability, durability, and performance. The encoder PCB is securely installed into the bottom case with screws.

Fully Upgraded Knob
This adjustment is based on user experience and feedback. M1 V5 Series features a new encoder and a levitating structure to avoid scratches against the case, as reported in the previous version.
Anti-Ghosting Keys
With N-key rollover (NKRO) feature, M1 V5 supports simultaneous key presses without conflicts, which is particularly important in optimizing gaming experiences.

Very high quality feel and sound. The rapid disassembly works great, However my package came with a large dent a hole into the box, thankfully it didn’t damage or scratch the keyboard. Overall i would recommend.

The keyboard is insane quality for the price, and being able to open it up with literally two steps is crazy. You don’t have to undo 50 screws to get into it.
Now, I bundled Akko Rosewood switches with my purchase of this keyboard, but I have not received them yet. But I have contacted support, and because I have experienced them being very helpful in the past, I am very confident that they are going to help me out.
If I were to do it again I would go for a fully built version. Hope this advice helps.

I was almost didn’t go with this keyboard but after some consideration and help from AI, I choose this one because of the price. This keyboard has amazing quality! I went with Kailh Box Dark Chocolate switches and xvx puddle keycaps. i love the sound but the RGB shine through isn’t the brightest.
The packaging was amazing and presentation was decent. I am writing this review after a week because i love this keyboard! M1 V5. Couple good videos on YT and Ai of your choice and help with a custom build and mods.

Stunning work by the MonsGeek crew! I do love my gamer RGB, so I already had pudding keycaps and Everglide Aqua King V3s just waiting for its arrival. But I always like to add my personal touches no matter what!
My desk space is currently at a premium. So, while I like a larger keyboard, I don’t hit the thing accidentally with my mouse anymore. Also, I do work with firmware updates, and I can attest to the fact that the spacebar jumper option functionality works 🙂
Overall, you’re not likely to find better quality at this price point. Even the plate mounted stabilizers are good enough… for now 😀 😛

This product has a heavy housing and the merit of a knob
The color is a simple and clean keyboard with a match of black and white!ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
Since it is easy to disassemble, it is a keyboard that is easier to approach if you want to build a keyboard
The akkoo piano pro switch sound I used has a pebble sound, and the rosewood switch has a pebble sound that can be used in a quieter office
I don’t worry because the battery capacity is large🤍

I have had this keyboard for 3 and a half months now and i wanted to share my opinions about the board. For the price the Monsgeek M1 V5 VIA is well worth the money.
PROS:
– Amazing sound
– Solid build quality
– Sounds amazing out of the box
– Aluminum case
– VIA Capability
– Great Support team, I sent them a message about my debounce timer needing to be increased and they sent me new firmware to flash and the problem was solved.
– Easy to take apart and clean
– Comes with tons of extra parts
CONS:
– the knob comes off a bit too easily, i find myself sliding it off and fidgeting with it a lot, this might be more of a me issue though.
– with time the rubber feet on the back will likely fall off due to the glue degrading in quality
– The cable that came with the keyboard although very nice fell apart exposing more of the female end of the cable.
