How to reset my M1/M2(only for international QMK/VIA version)?

1)You can use the hotkeys (press and hold Fn + ~ for 3s) in the manual.

2)You can hold down Esc while plugging in the keyboard. After that, replug the keyboard to complete the reset.

3)You can try to flash the original firmware: ​M1 V1.0. Bin file for the M2:M2 bin file.
