By placing an order with MonsGeek through the MonsGeek Official Store, you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order or using any service provided by MonsGeek. 

 

Warranty

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request as soon as possible.

For expedited orders, we may ship within 6 hours, so if you contact us promptly, we can cancel immediately. For orders processed between 6-24 hours, cancellation is still possible, though chances decrease. After 24 hours, while we’ll make every effort to intercept the package, success becomes less likely.

If the package cannot be intercepted, you may return it upon receipt. Please note that MonsGeek will not be responsible for return shipping in this scenario.

 

Right to Change Terms and Conditions

MonsGeek may, at any time and from time to time, change these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting of the changed terms and conditions on the Site. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.

 

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

MonsGeek reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the MonsGeek Store (monsgeek.com) pages at any time without notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a pricing mistake occurs on the MonsGeek Store, you agree that MonsGeek will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless you have already been charged. In case of pricing errors on the website or made in connection with your order, we will send you notifications to allow you to continue your transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order without any cost on your side.

MonsGeek does provide price-matching policy for orders on monsgeek.com and the specific terms can be found by this link. Due to differentiated shipping, marketing and after-sales support, MonsGeek does NOT extend its price-matching policy for lower price found on other platforms.

 

Return and Refund

a) Return Window

We offer 30 (thirty) days return for most of our products upon delivery for product quality issues.  All return requests will not be available after that.

For generic reasons like “I don’t like the product now” “I changed my mind”, customer needs to request returns within 7 (seven) days.

Return requests for DIY Kits, due to level of user customization involved, can only be accepted in 7 (seven) days once the product has been delivered.

b) Complete Package Rule

Please return the product with its original packaging, including manuals, novelty keycaps and keycap puller that comes with the unit for a full refund. Returns with incomplete/materially different packages may enable sellers to charge a restocking fee up to 15% subject to the completeness of the package. We do not charge a restocking fee for normal wear of use on the keyboard.

c) Refund

An automatic refund will be issued within 3~5 business days of the receipt of your return.

d) Return Notice

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first to confirm the return address. Packages that are returned to the shipping address shown on the package are sent to a third-party warehouse, which cannot receive return shipments and may be disposed of or destroyed by the carrier.

To ensure your return is handled properly, please contact our customer support in advance to obtain the correct return address and return instructions before shipping your item back.

We will process the refund only after we have been notified that the return package has been successfully handed over to the courier and a valid return tracking number has been provided.

Without prior confirmation or a valid return tracking number, there is a risk that the return package may be lost or destroyed.

e) Return Shipping

When customers decide to return a product at no fault of MonsGeek (for reasons such as “unwanted items” “I no longer needs this”), they are responsible for the round-trip shipping.

We have US and CN warehouse to accept returns.

For customers outside USA, you will need to send the package to either our US or CN warehouse.

If the item needs to be returned because of MonsGeek’s responsibility and issues, we will reimburse the shipment up to $20 per package for keyboard/DIY Kits.

f) Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred if the failed delivery is caused by one of the following cases::

  1. Refuse delivery.  Refusing the delivery of international package may result in disposal by the carrier. Note MonsGeek will only refund you when we receive the return package, and any cost generated by return shipping of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Please inform MonsGeek support promptly if you notice any mistakes in your address. If the changes are not made in a timely manner (before we send out the item), it may cause delivery failure. If redelivery isn’t possible, the package will be discarded by carrier, and MonsGeek will be unable to offer compensation or a resend.
    *Note MonsGeek will only refund you when we receive the return package, and any cost generated by return shipping of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Custom Tax. MonsGeek doesn’t collect or pay for the custom taxes that are potentially charged by local customs for each region/country. It is the user’s responsibility to pay for the tax. If the package is destroyed or returned because user doesn’t want to pay for the tax, the refund will be issued once MonsGeek receives the products, and we will deduct any return cost from the product amount.
  4. Recipient isn’t reachable when the carrier tries to contact, and failed to pick up afterwards;

h) Failed Delivery at the Fault of Logistics Carriers

The rate of delivery for all packages is 98% and most packages will arrive on time based on MonsGeek’s estimated time frame during checkout. However, occasionally users may experience unexpected delays of packages. Once posted, please wait for 60 calender days (maximum) for the package to be delivered. If the package is not delivered within 60 calender days due to the fault of the logistic carrier, MonsGeek will issue a full refund.

i) Shipping Protection

If you purchased Shipping Protection, please review the terms and conditions provided by the shipping protection service provider, as their policy governs additional coverage and guarantees.

 

Note:

  1. Refunds are only issued for delays due to logistic carrier faults, not for packages lost due to force majeure or theft.
  2. Please note that in certain cases, the tracking may only be updated until the package arrives in your country. There may be intermittent or minimal tracking information until the package is out for delivery. Therefore, we are not obliged to offer refunds for a lack of tracking updates if the package is still within 60 days of being posted.
