This issue is typically caused by software conflicts, a common one being with SignalRGB. Please note that SignalRGB and VIA are not fully compatible when running simultaneously. To avoid any issues, you should close either VIA (or the browser tab associated with it) before launching SignalRGB, or alternatively, close SignalRGB before using VIA. The conflict arises because both software use the raw_hid_receive solution, which causes them to interfere with each other.
By managing these software interactions, you should be able to resolve the detection and error issues in VIA.
